YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Engineering, purifying, and testing antibodies and T cell receptors from high-throughput expression (FPLC, Ni-NTA purification, His-tag purification; ELISA, flow cytometry)

  2. Generating yeast-display libraries

  3. Interfacing with a team of computational and experimental biologists to aid in experimental and computational designs

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Doctoral (PhD) degree or equivalent with 2-5 years of relevant experience (industry experience preferred)

  2. Experience with phage-display and/or yeast-display

  3. Experience in molecular biology techniques (gel electrophoresis, PCR, ELISA) and protein biology techniques (FPLC purification, Ni-NTA purification, His-tag purification)

  4. Knowledge in at least 2 of the following fields: structural biology, immunology, protein engineering

  5. Self-motivated and a proactive thinker – can work independently and in teams

  6. Excellent written and communication skills presenting scientific data

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Programming skills in R, matlab, or python

  2. Experience with antibody and/or T cell receptor sequencing
